Monthly Cocktail Classes
with Gladow Nead and Blossom Hotel
Our monthly cocktail series ran for several months to showcase the new Bloosom Hotel in Houston. Attendees ranged from 20-30 per class with our production team created the theme for each class and guided them on two cocktails with our brand partners
Houston Prelims Branca Games
with Fernet Branca and Two Headed Dog
Our production wing helped facilitate the Houston preliminaries for the National Branca Games 2022. We collected entries, handled communication to teams, and day of logistics.
Break the Mold Competition
with Hpnotiq and Heaven Hill Brands
Our first competition ideation to reality. Not Too Sweet Presents Break the Mold took place at the POST Houston and featured 6 bartenders from the market. The competition had two parts a digital entry phase with one cocktail submission and the live rounds with another unique challenge for the competitors utilizing the sponsored partner brands.
Fiesta de Poches Food Drive and Punch Bowl Social
With El Tesoro Tequila and Miss Carosel
Our first punch bowl social for a cause! We raised over $500 in funds for the Houston Food Bank and 4 cases of non perishable food with over 70 attendees who sampled the 6 local bar teams custom punch creations.
Rumple Rumble Season 22
With Diageo Hospitality Partnership and Warehouse Live
That's right we did a Rumple Minze competition. Another production ideation to reality with support by Diageo Hospitality Partnership. Entries were collected online and 11 bar teams were selected. The challenge consisted of a market round to create a cocktail and then a speed round session for the Top Two.
